#1. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years of age or older or of legal age according to the laws and regulations applicable in your country of use.
• You must register with MyCourse to use and benefit from the service by entering your full legal name, current address, mobile number, a valid email address, and any other required information as specified in the registration form. MyCourse reserves the right to refuse any account creation request or cancel any account based on the provided permissions.
• MyCourse has the right to use the email address as the primary means of communication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. MyCourse is not liable for any loss or damage arising from forgetting or failing to secure your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activities and content such as data, graphics, images, and links uploaded under your MyCourse account ("Platform Content"). You must not transmit any viruses, worms, or any other destructive codes.
• Violation or breach of any provision of the Terms of Use as outlined may result in immediate termination of services and a claim for damages.

#2. Account Activation

#2.1 MyCourse Account

• The beneficiary of the service is the contracting party (account owner) and is subject to the Terms of Use. They are the only person authorized to manage any additional accounts we may provide.
• If you subscribe to the service on behalf of an employer, the employer is the account owner, and you are authorized by them, and the terms apply to them.

#2.2 Payment Services and Sadaad, Visa, and MasterCard Accounts

• MyCourse, on behalf of the user, may provide Sadaad or Visa or MasterCard with their information upon the account owner’s request after completing the registration.
• The Sadaad and/or Visa/MasterCard accounts are entirely the account owner’s responsibility. If they do not wish to keep them active, they are also responsible for deactivating them. As Sadaad and/or credit card services are third-party services, it is their responsibility to deactivate them since the service is provided by a third party.
• Once a Sadaad and/or Visa/MasterCard payment service account is used on the platform, the user agrees to adhere to the Sadaad and/or Visa/MasterCard account terms as outlined in the Terms of Use displayed when activating the service in the application/website. If these terms are amended or changed, a new version will be published on the application/website. The amendments will be effective from the date of publication. Any usage after the publication of these amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Sadaad and/or Visa/MasterCard account terms. If the user disagrees with any changes to the Sadaad and/or Visa/MasterCard payment service terms, they must deactivate the Sadaad and/or credit card services and cease using them within the platform.

#2.3 Bank Transfer Service

• MyCourse may activate the bank transfer service upon subscription to the service and at the account owner’s request, using their personal information.
• The user is entirely responsible for managing the bank transfer services as the account owner and must maintain accurate banking account information on their platform. The account owner is responsible for activating or deactivating the account. MyCourse is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the account owner’s failure to maintain or manage bank transfer payments and data.
• The account owner is deemed to have agreed to the bank’s terms and conditions once using the bank transfer service on their platform. MyCourse is not responsible for any breach of the bank’s terms and conditions. If the account owner disagrees with the bank’s terms and conditions, they must disable the bank transfer services and not continue using them on the platform.

#2.4 Domain Names (Platform Link)

• MyCourse allows the account owner to use subdomains under the "my-course.co" domain for their platform, which they can use and share with clients.
• MyCourse allows the account owner to link between the primary and sub-identifier when purchasing a domain (link) via third-party services, as long as the MyCourse account remains active. The account owner acknowledges responsibility for purchasing the domain (link), activating it, and deactivating it as desired. MyCourse is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the account owner’s failure to maintain and manage their domain (link) with third-party services.

#3. General Provisions

You must read and agree to all the terms and conditions in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before becoming a member of MyCourse.

• Assistance is provided to all MyCourse users only via the website/application and email.
• These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates for any disputes or claims arising from the Terms of Use.
• The account owner acknowledges that MyCourse may amend these Terms of Use at any time by publishing the amended terms on MyCourse's website and/or application, available at: https://my-course.co/page/terms-conditions.
• Amendments to the terms are effective from the date of publication. Continued use of the services after the publication of these amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms of Use. The account owner must stop using the service if they disagree with any changes to the Terms of Use.

5. The account owner must not use MyCourse services for any unlawful or illegal purposes. They are fully responsible for any violation of relevant laws or regulations.
