5. Cancellation and Grace Period
- Cancel at Period End: You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Immediate Cancellation: If you cancel immediately, access will end right away, and no prorated refunds are issued.
- Grace Period: In case of payment failure, we provide a 7-day grace period to update payment details before suspension.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades: When you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the unused time and invoice the difference immediately.
- Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no mid-cycle proration or credits.
7. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods. Trial subscribers must provide payment details. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
